Hi Voldsqaard,

Gordon mentioned in one of his books about an out of body experience, so his spirit was away from his body which was still functioning, without spirit present in the body. Separation of body and soul, where the soul is the same person that left the body, same age/personality. When we go to the other side, when does our soul/spirit become pure energy? Where the spirit is aware of all past lives lived and has a broader knowledge or knowing of the past and probable knowledge of future events? When we are pure energy can we show ourselves, for example; say we past over at age two and we want to show ourselves growing older to a loved one who wants to contact us at an older age/age progression? Can we incarnate before the person who wants to see us passes over? How long before incarnations? Is our pure energy male or female or a combination? I know a few questions, but could you please touch base on the above topics? Anyone else have and thoughts? Thanks, Paul

Wow Paul, that was a lot of questions indeed - I will do my best to answer them...

When we go to the other side, when does our soul/spirit become pure energy?

- The soul is always pure energy, but when it is attached to the body it incarnates, it "melts" into one being. Keep in mind, that the soul usually enters the body within the 4th to 8th month of pregnancy, depending on the development of the soul. Older souls needs less time to adjust to the body than younger souls.
The soul leaves the body at the exact time of death. Often it stays behind for a few days, weeks or month to help the loved ones cope with their loss, but not always...

Where the spirit is aware of all past lives lived and has a broader knowledge or knowing of the past and probable knowledge of future events?

Time is not linear in the spiritworld, but in all the studies I have made, I have come to the conclusion, that incarnations are done in a linear timeline. I know of therapists who offers "Progression" to let clients experience future lives, and I myself have been Progressed in an experiment about what would happen 21.12.2012 - but I don't put much weight into it...

In a past post I wrote about separation of body and soul, and I wrote that in my termonology we have 3 separations. The 3rd part is your higher" self", which always stays behind in the spiritworld when you incarnate.
When you have chosen a body to incarnate, you always get a general idea about, what to expect from this incarnation - and you know which lesson you will have to learn from it. It is then up to your soul to decide how much of your energy you will take with you into this incarnation. Usually you will take anywhere from 40% to 80% with you. the rest stays behind in the spiritworld. This is also the reason why mediums can communicate with lost ones even if they already are living in a new incarnation. Your "higher self" is at worst only 20% of your soul, but because it is in the spiritworld, its thousands of times more powerful than the main part of your soul that is incarnated. Due to the complexity of the human body and the gravity, it takes a lot of energy to incarnate on earth.
Your "higher self" has all the information of every past life it has ever experienced. You are never separated from this part of your soul. when you sometimes talk to yourself, meditate or dream - you are actually accessing your "higher self" - your "higher self" know what information to hide and what to give when you ask for it - so by all means - ASK...

It is a common misconception that we grow older when we are in the spiritworld. Babies don't go there as babies and then live a full life in the spiritworld. Babies simply return to the spiritworld as the unique souls they are. Keep in mind, that when a baby die, there is a greater meaning behind it. The ones left behind has a lesson to learn from the deep sorrow and the pit of emotions that they feel because of the great loss they experience - but someone in the spiritworld volunteered to be their baby - out of pure love - and live a short but very meaningful life on earth with them. But never forget, that the lost ones loves you very much and misses you just as much as you miss them...
Us humans have limited brainpower. all we can relate to is E=MC2 - which means, that we only know what we have been taught and experienced ourselves, so it is common for a lost child to appear the age that they would have been if they hadn't died - it is logic to us humans and the loved ones tries hard to please us and make us understand...

How long before incarnations?

Depends totally on when your soul is ready. Some souls don't really want to incarnate because it is so beautiful on the other side - others can't wait to get back. No one pushes you into choosing something you are not ready for.

Is our pure energy male or female or a combination?

No, but studies show, that a soul at some point chooses the one over the other. This doesn't mean that the soul can't shift gender in the next incarnation if it chooses to.

Thanks for your answers. My next questions are; When a medium sees images of spirit. Does spirit show the medium scenes of something that has taken place while talking to the medium? Can the spirit show future events to the medium so the person can change the outcome? Gordon mentioned that when he was younger a friend of the family had passed, appeared and talked with him. How was he in such solid form? How does the spirit react to items that are in the way? Would spirit notice and walk around the item as opposed to walk through them? Does spirit pick the clothes to be seen in? Like the spirit may be in an outfit he/she didn't pass over in, but is now wearing something that was worn in the past. How is spirit able to project the outfit in such detail? Would spirit be able to pick something up? In this breathing, flesh and blood lifelike form. Does it take a lot of energy for spirit to show itself in such a solid form as opposed to an image in the medium mind/third eye? Would Gordon be the only one to see the spirit in such detail? Or could anyone else see who he was communicating with? My next question relates to someone saying an angel in human form helped them out. This one, I'm not sure about this because I feel it may be another human in the right place at the right time helping out, and maybe it was meant to be. Anyway what do you think? Can spirit come and help out in such a solid form? Giving help or a message to someone. Maybe? I'm glad your knowledgeable on these subjects. Your quite an asset to the forum. Thanks, Paul
