I went to Lisa Williams website at www.lisawilliams.com and under; Online Store - Crystals information. One example; "Moonstone - A "stone of new beginnings" promotes intuition and empathy. Enhances psychic abilities and development of clairvoyance. Aids the digestive and reproductive systems." I'm a little confused. Are stones and crystals like an analogy of the horoscope? I'm more likely to believe stones and crystals may have an energy as opposed to any real meaning of the time, date, and place of birth for your astrological sign. I know with psychometry you can pick up energy, but can different stones and crystals have different healing properties and true meaning. Or is it like when Gordon gives a reading, and he holds the sitters hand and is able to get a better link with the person who is getting a reading. The medium works their spiritual magic. So my question is; Do crystals and stones really have different energy to help people? Or is it just in the mind?; like holding a rabbits foot or having worry beads for example. You really do have to have an open mind on this forum. I just wish I had a better handle on the lot of it. Anyway I did meet Lisa in person years ago. Mediums are so diverse, wouldn't you say?

Hi Paul, ive a few crystals that i have collected over the years . Some are for healing , finding love ect . I even leave them out on the window stills to be energised when theres a full moon I even carry one round for luck .... If im being honest though I would say its mind over matter . I think I like the idea that the crystal might help me in someway , like a security blanket but Im not sure it does . Its nice to believe in a bit of magic isnt it I might even cleanse me crystals later on in all this snow we are getting haha

I can say my experiences only... I tested several persons with different stones like rose quarz or jade ....

Every person has its own energy field and this can also interact with a stone. Some stones let your energy expand
(thats very good, because your energy field is a firewall, too. Your firewall goes down by negativ thoughts of yourself or another person if it is not closed and also available for illness and so on..it expands by ongoing good things i.e....like peppermint tea... go out for a walk.. laughing...positive emotions) and then there are stones which can shrink the energy also.

I experienced that a birthday-stone (the special stone that is good for a spezific zodiac-sign) is very often not good for the energy field of this person! From 20 persons, just 1 was right.

How to test it?
With an ankle tensor (a bended wire- i.e. made of brass).

You need 2. One in each hand.. Your hand formed like a fist.. but the wire must be free to react to all sorts of energy-fields). Just hold, horizontal, Fists are parallel and don't touch the other fist. Then walk towards a person. You will see that the wire will go across or spread out if you at the edge of the person's energy field... sometimes 50cm away, sometimes 20 cm away and sometimes 0cm away (thats not good! The person have to expand the energy field- because that will create damage in some way with time is going on - when the field is consitently in this manner).
No person there? Doesn't matter.. walk in your room.. it reacts to water and electromagnetical streams - too. Or a plant (got also an energy field), an animal or try a candle - with and without a flame.

You can test this with everything..

important is to test for a persons energy field: whatever you will test, it has to be in that persons energy field. I tested with food, stones, medicine. the test-thing could be unseen in the back of the person. You - with the wire - mustn't see that.. Just walk towards the person and with the next try start about 2mtr. in front of the person again. Just see what the energy field does. Energy expands (it is good for the person). It shrinks (it is not good for the person) A stone can expand your energy-field.. A peppermint tea coul expand your energy-field.. (most likely) a cookie or chocolate (I am so sorry!!) shrink your energy field..

Test all.. the favourite musik, emotions (thoughts), place in the room, colours.. try all out. If you an allergic person? Test your food in this way.. you don't need an expensive test, to check what you body doesn't like!

- Thats my experience - based at first on Donna Eden's Energy test with muscle test.. then I discovered the tensors.. and changed the test in an much easier way....have fun with it...

But if it works to clear some blocks or so... I don't know... but I try, like the most of us do..

Maybe certain stones and crystals have a field that can absorb certain energies better than others. Sort of like psychometry. Just like some music has subliminal messages and your able to pick up on the messages or negate them. Colors have different meanings for different people, but usually have the same meaning to most. People can also react differently to different smells.

Last week when I went to the book store. They had some crystals and stones there. I bought one, the one that I was attracted to. When I got home I looked it up on the website. Found it quite interesting as it pertained to things that was happening in my life at the time. I tried putting it on different parts of my body to see if I could feel energy from it. And I did. Plus in some areas could see the light from it, in my minds eye.

When you buy crystals you should always cleanse themas they have picked up a lot on their journey before meeting you. Hold the crystal in your hand and run it under running water, a stream is wonderful but not always on hand, as the cold water flows over it, say; I ask the elements of the water to cleanse this crystal and take away all energies that have become attached to it, let those energies flow to the center of the earth where they may be cleansed and put to better use, place your crystal outside in the sun to dry naturally and be energized by the sun, you can also place them out in the moon too. Then you can hold your crystals and be directed to where they wish to be placed upon your person,you will feel sensations to indicate.
A crystal chooses you, their energy will buzz/vibrate when they are right for you, if you don't feel anything from the stone you pick up,put it down and choose another that is the same as they all have their own particular traits just as twins/triplet kids do, so even if one is not buzzing it doesn't mean the opposite won't. Tuesday I cleansed a citrine crystal that I bought from the Smithsonian store. I leave it in my car on the lower center dash. When I got off from work I cleansed it in the new fallen snow. That's the only crystal I have now. I wanted to cleanse it because it may very well pick up energy and I would think it can hold only so much energy, and any negative energy may need to be dispelled or cleansed with the ritual you see fit. Not that I carry it on me, but if it holds any energy or absorbs any energy I'd like it to be a purer energy. I guess crystals and stones can be a tools to spiritualism as long as you don't get carried away.

I did run it under water to cleanse it. Wanted to put it out in the sun, but the weather has been so off. Now it is rain and fog. But when I do I will have a say at what you wrote about letting the energies that are attached to flow to the center of the earth where they may be cleansed and put to better use.

Did not think putting out in the moon lite too. Would you say to stay away from a full moon?

A friend of mine does have the Crystal Bible and others. But I think she likes that one best.

Mine is a calcite Paul, a goldie, orange color. Is suppose to increase flow of healing energy. Energy amplifier and cleanser. Good for distance healing work. Intrigates spiritual realm with the physical body.

Combats fatigue, dissipates negativity, Raises self-esteem and releases need to control. Reverses degenerative disease. Eases depression. Negates infections in the kidney and bladder. Increases blood circulation.". I believe crystals and stones can be spiritual tools. If they help out, great. I'm sure items can hold energy, and that energy can be cleansed if any negative energy is absorbed. I know I'm not going to get carried away with having stones and crystals. Just like I'm not going to get carried away with the horoscope. With the caveat, John Edwards believes in the horoscope and Lisa Williams apparently believes in crystals and stones. I don't know how Gordon feels on the subjects. Does anyone know?

What do I say there? Some mediums/psychics believe in stones and crystals, and that's fine. I've just started getting a link with my spirit guide through meditation. I believe this advice is true, but your truth might not be my truth, and that's o.k.. Your spirit guide may give you different advice. This is kind of strange experience because I'm not use to making a link with my conscious mind to spirit. Anyway my spirit guide basically said that crystals and stones do have energy, just like a garment or piece of jewelry contains energy. You can pick up on that energy of the owner or not. You have to be receptive to the energy when using psychometry. Just like the angry businessman on an airplane, you don't have to pickup on that energy unless you want to. Just like you don't have to pickup on the ills of the world. Almost like a medium cutting off their link to spirit to live in the land of the living. Not that you don't have sympathy and compasion for others. Some people don't know how to turn off, or are unaware of how to field their emotions, which is a learning process. Now the energy of the stones/crystals are what the person puts into them through their belief. Meaning if you believe a moonstone will help you in mediumship, it very well might, or not because you are relying on a stone/crystal to help you and if you lose the stone/crystal you may feel you can't make the link, you realy don't need the stone/crystal. We also talked about energy flow (Qi, ch'i), and how no matter where you are in the world, spirit is aware of your being and also aware of the power of intent. I believe our spirit guides knowledge base is; at a more infinate level, and the impressions given through thought are what our consious minds can receive or able to receive through our knowledge base.
