SHIPPING RATES
Please ensure you select the correct shipping rate for each item ordered. We will not fulfil orders where the postage has been wrongly calculated. If you do not choose shipping rate you will be charged at the Europe rate!

Books

UK – Royal Mail First Class
£2.50 for the first book and then £0.50 for each additional book sent

Europe – Airmail £3.95 for the first book and then £ 1.00 for each additional book sent

Event/Lecture Tickets

All event/lecture ticket prices include postage

OUT OF STOCK
We will try to inform you prior to processing your order via e-mail if your title is unavailable for any reason. Where this is not possible we will contact the you to arrange a full refund.

RETURN POLICY
You may return any damaged product purchased within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All author event/lecture tickets purchased through Hay House are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
